I love my crockpots. No, I mean it....I LOVE my crockpots! I have 3 and use the 2 bigger ones very often. With 3 kid involved in activities, they are a lifesaver.
Recently I did a search to find some new crockpot ideas. I ended up finding a blog by a woman who's goal it is to use her crockpot every single day in 2008. I got excited....a new recipe every day! (yea ok, I do need to get a life LOL).
Anyhow, if you like to use your crockpot, check it out. She has a recipe for potato wedges that is awesome! The only change I did was I used red baby potatoes and cut them in half, which also cut down the cooking time.

Too cool! I have it saved to my favorites now. I LOVE my crockpot, and am excited I get to own another one once Lance and I get married.....Then you can have a side in one and the meat in the other.....Yes, it's the little things that get me excited! =) Have to admit, I was surprised your brother actually owns a crock-pot. Don't get me wrong, he actually CAN cook, but I just can't picture him using a crock-pot for some reason.
