These were actually taken a few days ago so we could track them to see if there was any improvement or not, and so they are actually looking much worse today than at that time. It's all over his palms now and the back of his hands as well.
The doctor did all kinds of tests and then did some researching in his online database, as well as consulted with a dermotologist. Jay said then paused and said "I wonder" and he went back to the computer. "Just as I thought" the doctor said. Turns out, Jay is having a severe allergic reaction to an antibiotic he is on. The doctor said it's called " ____________ Syndrome" (Jay said he couldn't remember the very long 37 letter word in front of Syndrome LOL). The skin literally peels away as a reaction to his body reacting to the medicine. At some points on his hands he's already peeling away the 2nd layer of skin. Now that he is to stop taking this medicine, it won't get any worse, but the doctor said it will take quite a while to completely heal up from this.
It's now in his records that he is to never get this antibiotic again.
