I get bored with my hair and I want to change it...frequently. Which is why I tend to leave it a little longer so I have options. I can wear it up or down. The older I get, the more natural curl I have coming out, so I can wear it curly or straight, although once the high humidity of Summer arrives, straight hair is not an option until Fall.
Well, I am to that point where I want something different. I want something quick, easy and fun. Today we had chaos at our house - water treatment system repair man was here. Electrician was here at the same time (to do some re-wiring for our new hot tub) and the hot tub was being delivered and installed. Jay was handling all of those men, so I decided it was best to just stay hidden. I got on the computer and started looking up hairstyles.
Ok, hold on to your hats kids for a HUGE announcement - I am no longer in my 20's. I'm not even in my 30's anymore.
I know, right? Shocking! But, alas, tis true and it's even more apparent as I try to search through hairstyles that are designed for younger women. So I did a search for hairstyles for women over 40. OUCH! almost all the models had gray hair. Uh hello...I said over 40, not over 90.
So I kept on with my search and I came upon a site that lets you upload your own photo and try on different hairstyles, different hair colors, and even celebrity hairstyles. You can also do 1-clicks which give you a full celebrity look-alike makeover (scary!). You can access some of these things for free. For others you must pay a monthly fee. But, suffice it to say, I had enough fun playing around with the freebie part.

The last 3 are my 1-click celebrity make-overs. The first is Jessica Simpson, the 2nd is Selma Hayak, and the 3rd is Gwen Steffani. But I'm sure you didn't need me to tell you that. The resemblances are striking don't you think???

Ok -- as per myself and the boys, we like the top row, both left and right. So, top left and top right. Those are our two favorites.
Now, you'll have to post a photo of what you decide to do if you do something different! :)
Dad and I both prefer #6 - #2 is not bad either. We prefer some bang, but not long and in your eyes. Also short and away from your face - so as not to cover up the beauty God wants to show off.
Both appear to have little upkeep on daily basis - yet stylish enough to be gentle and workable.
Whatever you like - we love you...
We like natural color also but have been done the color thing many years ago.
