ARGH!

Ok if anyone out there actually reads this blog besides me, I am asking for your help. If you scroll down and look on the right side of the page, and there you will see the ginormous photo of Austin. I have tried everything I can think of to shrink it. I have resized it, deleted and re-uploaded it, cropped it, etc. I have even tried a new layout (by the way, do you like it?) So why in the heck is he still huge????? ARGH! I hate technical stuff. I am meant to be cute, not a brainiac!!
