Well, we received a letter last Fall saying they were redoing the exhibitor camping and it would now be in a different location. They didn't mention it was going to be in a different county! Holy cow!
Jay & Austin took a picture of where our camper will now be located when we camp there. Here's the picture:
Ok, let me explain this now.....First if you look at the blue arrow, it's pointing to a white roof. Look under the tree branch and you will see a gray roof. That gray roof is the hog barn. The red arrow is pointing to the brown patch of dirt. That's where we used to camp. See how nice and close it was to the hog barn? Plus, you can't see it in this picture, but just off camera to the right of the old campground was where the bathrooms and showers are located. They were right behind us! Now we gotta hike to get to them. We gotta hike to get anywhere. Look at how far away we are. And look at how HIGH we are. That means we have to hike...uphill at the end of a long day. That row of campers you see there are the campers we used to laugh at because they were so far away. Guess that came back to haunt us huh?
Ok, I'm trying to be grateful, I really am. But geez louise, this is crazy!
