Spring is finally here in Iowa! Yipee!! It's even been complete with our first little thunderstorm of the season, so I'm extra happy!
Sunday - 3/28
We put the doggie doors back in place so the dogs can go in and out, and for the first time of the season, we got to go on a scavenger hunt for any items Tucker might have slipped out that we didn't notice. Today we found one of Austin's shoes. He never hurts a single item. He just grabs them, runs outside and drops them. LOL
Monday -3/29
Any guesses as to what this is?
It's the dirt and mud in the bottom of our hot tub. Gross huh? We're not sure why it's happening, but black water is coming into the tub. Leak in our well? Bad pipes? Not sure, but someone's coming to check it out thankfully.
Tuesday - 3/30
Have you seen these? They are lids that snap on to cans, so you can keep them fresh, keep the fizz in, and/or keep bugs out. They are awesome! Diet Coke with splenda only comes in cans (at least in my area), and it always frustrates me that they go flat before I ever finish it. Not a problem anymore. :) The only downside is that they come in packs of 12 and are reusable. What in the world do I need 11 more for? LOL
Wednesday - 3/31
Instead of "Where's Waldo?", let's play "Where's Jay?" Jay was out driving in the fields to see if they were dry enough to do some work. Guess not, as he got stuck. Of course, he didn't get stuck in the front of the field by the road. Noooooo, he got stuck clear out in the far back of the field. So, I had to drive out and rescue him. This is as I entered the field.

Thursday - 4/1
I sat in the Saturn dealership most of the morning while they tried to figure out why my dash was lighting up like a Christmas tree. You can see some of the lights in this picture. They said a couple of my memory sensors are bad (Mine or the Vues? LOL). They're now on order.
Friday - 4/2
Ashley & I did a little shopping today. After an 'exhausting' day (her words), I treated her to a $1 chair massage.
She kept letting out relaxing sighs and smiling. I guess that means she liked it. LOL
Saturday - 4/3
Both girls are home for the weekend! Yea! :)

I have seen those pop can lids and was skeptical, but my kids are always leaving partial cans and then complaining that they aren't fizzy. I'll have to try them.
