For The Love Of Bubble Wrap

I know I already posted once today, but I just have to post again with a question:

Who invented bubble wrap?

If I could find out, and if they are still alive, I would love to shake their hand. Who knows, maybe even get a hug. How cool would that be if he/she wore a suit made of bubbles so they went pop, pop, pop when you hugged them.

Seriously, it's a great invention. You can wrap delicate, breakable items in it and they won't break. You cushion items so they don't get dented or crushed when you send them through the mail. You can even wrap yourself up in it and throw yourself against a wall and you won't get hurt
(not that I've tried that personally....honest Blushy 2 ).

But perhaps the best use for bubble wrap is as a stress reliever. If you find yourself stressed, there is nothing quite like popping bubble wrap bubbles to help you feel better. Think I'm kidding....try it.

When your husband walks across the carpet wearing his hog boots, when you are trying to keep the house clean because you are getting ready for a party...you may feel the overwhelming urge to shoot him, but reach for some bubble wrap instead. It may take you 5 or 6 rolls, but it'll work!
